The Artisan’s Approach
Our olives are hand-picked at peak ripeness—never machine-harvested. Within four hours of leaving the branch, they’re cold-pressed at temperatures never exceeding 80°F. This preserves the delicate flavors and nutrients that mass-produced oils lose.

Our November 2024 harvest is now available. Production is intentionally limited to ensure every bottle meets our standards.
This vintage captures the distinctive character of our orchard and the unique growing conditions of the season. Once it’s gone, it’s gone.
In the Kitchen
Our olive oil enhances every stage of cooking:

Storage
We package exclusively in dark, UV-resistant glass to protect flavor and nutrients. Store in a cool, dark place and enjoy within 12–18 months—though most find it disappears much faster.
