Eagle Oak Ranch is home to over 300 Mission, Spanish, and Italian olive trees. The olives are hand-harvested and milled within four hours of harvesting to ensure the highest polyphenol content and best quality extra virgin olive oil.
Harvested in 2023, the current vintage of 100% extra virgin olive oil is an exceptionally bright, pungent and flavorful olio nuovo. It is a vibrant green color and boasts flavors of ripe green olives, banana, and grass.
This 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil is the perfect compliment to any fine bread, flavorful salad dressing, or as a beautiful finishing oil to round out a lovely meal. Our olive oil bottles are completely black to prevent light from degrading the quantity and quality of the healthy polyphenols found in this premium-quality olive oil.
